T. Solotov was a Chechen sniper formerly employed by Atlas following his service in the military. He is responsible for killing Donny Fenn and ending Bob Lee Swagger's military career by shooting him in the hip. He was hired by Atlas to eliminate Unit 8113 after they uncovered a drug smuggling operation associated with the Golden Crescent. After Atlas betrayed him, he attempted to rob them so he could stay hidden indefinitely.
History[]
Originally born in Chechnya, Solotov enlisted in the military sometime around 1999, before disappearing in 2009 after the Russians gassed a whole village trying to kill him. During this period however he killed in excess of 400 Russian soldiers which led to him being named the “Prizrak”, or the Ghost. Once his unit was overrun he was saved by Atlas agents who hired him as an assassin in their organisation.

Death[]
After shooting Bob Lee in the abdomen and holding him hostage, Bob Lee led him to the site where he buried the Atlas ledger. Bob Lee tricked him into attempting to use the gun in the box, distracting him long enough for Bob Lee to surprise attack. He got the upper hand and bashed Solotov's head on a rock, then shot him three times in the chest.
Personality[]
Solotov is a cold man, with no value for human life, only focusing on doing his job, not hesitating on murdering other people if it helps to get the job done. He is loyal to Atlas while it lasted, and keeps calm under pressure, being very smart too. He recons places before attacking, so he is patient too.
Relationships[]
He had a kind of passive relationship with Hayes while he lived and almost everyone around him is dead. He has no enemies because they're all dead, except for Isaac, Nadine and the Swagger family.
